Aussies

The Toy Aussie is the smallest variant of the Australian Shepherd. Despite its name, it is not from Australia, but developed on ranches in the western United States. The demand for a smaller suitable house pet began in 1968, resulting in Toy and Mini Aussies. These Aussies possess the same attributes as their larger counter parts.

Toy

Height ranges from 10" to 14" and weighs approximately 7-20 lbs.*

Mini

Height ranges from 14" to 18" and weighs approximately 20-40 lbs.*

Standard

Height ranges from 18" to 23" and weighs approximately 40-65 lbs.*
